De-stressing through Pilates
Whenever I’m stressed I love to just take my mind off of and and venture into the world of Pilates. I’ve tried various exercises from running, yoga, to personal training but to me there’s been nothing like Pilates in helping me to de-clutter my mind. I feel so rejuvenated after a good Pilates workout and I can totally feel my figure change (for better) from just doing Pilates at least twice a week!
What’s your favorite way to de-stress? And has anyone found help through Pilates? My favorite is LindaFit Pilates at Equinox gym near my apartment (I am so guilty of not exercising as much as I should these days though…)
